Love of Blogging
(Part 1 of Blogging series...)
It’s a fact that bloggers love blogging. That’s the reason why they are called bloggers in the first place and the reason why they continue to blog. Blogging started as just a simple online journal or diary. Now it’s replacing the traditional websites because internet users and internet companies alike find its dynamic and highly interactive content to be more useful with connecting to one another and, eventually, profiting from it. Blogs can earn you dollars. That’s why, I think, a lot of people are trying it (the same reason why I decided to blog). But the vast majority of bloggers are participating in the blogosphere simply because, similar to its earlier versions, they simply want to share their thoughts to the rest of the world. Some bloggers like the fact that ads can earn its owners some revenues. But there are also a considerable number of bloggers who hates ads in their blogs. And then, there are also some others who doesn’t care if there are ads or none in their blogs. Yet with all these contradicting views about blogging, I believe there is one common factor that unites all the bloggers of the blogosphere amidst the confusion. It’s the “love of blogging.”
How do you know if you love to blog? First and foremost, you will feel signs of addiction to blogging. You love to read others’ blogs and, at the same time, post in your blog. Another is you begin thinking about the things you’ll be writing the next time. You become restless each day that you don’t post anything in your blog. You are constantly thinking of gimmicks to boost the popularity of your blog. You are constantly seeking the help of other bloggers on how to improve your blog. These are only some of the tell-tale signs that you love to blog. But ultimately, I guess only you alone, as a blogger, can tell if you really love blogging.
